Since its formation in 2007 as a nonprofit membership association, MWA, with its partners, has been involved in numerous programs and activities. These include river clean-ups, buffer plantings, educational events and field trips, water quality sampling, invasive species patrolling & removal, and cyanobacteria monitoring. Stewardship and management initiatives have led to several successful projects focused on the health, restoration, and preservation of the Memphremagog Watershed.
