MWA and volunteers took part in a Clyde River Clean-up Day as part of the Green Up Vermont initiative. Our team of staff and volunteers paddled 2 miles up the Clyde River from Little Salem Lake and collected 26 tires and over 200 lbs. of other litter! This event was made possible because of generation donations and support! Lunch was provided by the Derby Store, socks donated by Darn Tough, drinks from True North seltzer, trash bags from American Rivers, canoes from NorthWoods, hauling from Mr. Pelkey, and trash and recycling from Casella Waste Management!
